You know how we coming, homie
How we coming, homie
I got all this flavor on me

When Jesus jumped onto the scene, He constantly frustrated the beliefs of those around Him. His life and teachings left them with no grounds for persecution but revealing their hidden desire for wickedness. The Word of God came and, precisely, separated the Spirit of God from the heart of man. We are the light in the world, the salt of this flavorless earth. When walking in Christ we have no room for blurring the lines of our position. We are clothed in the righteousness of Christ, separated for His good works that have been preset for us to accomplish. Comprising will lead our heart astray but as we remain in Christ, we will be the light that will introduce a new journey for the onlookers.
Devil on the prowl so I stay in my zone ~Ty Brasel
Our enemy, the adversary, is lurking and roaring like a lion waiting for us to lose focus and remove our eyes from the Author and Perfecter of our faith. But if we stay in our zone, the devil has no power over us because we are slaves to righteousness. Jesus taught His disciples how to pray saying,
“But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Matthew 6:6
Giving room for Holy Spirit to build an effectual heart within us toward the Lover of our soul will not only keep us in our zone but will enable us to grow from faith to faith.
Kicked out all my demons now I’m making history ~Ty Brasel
And He cried out, “What do you want with us Son of Man?” After this man experienced the freedom of Christ, without a doubt, he made history that day. I challenge you, let go of those things that are keeping you from fully pursuing an intimate relationship with our Lord and Savior. That day, the man became sound in mind and began to tell the entire town the work Jesus began in him.
All the pressure got me feeling like I’m next, I’ve been stressed, but I’m blessed nonetheless ~WhatUpRG
The Spirit of God, our Helper and Comforter, has already set us free. This doesn’t mean that life isn’t going to feel like its caving in on us sometimes. However, it does mean we don’t have to bear this weight on our own. In fact, The Word of God says,
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-29
When pressure attempts to get the best of us, remember, Christ already bore the weight of sin and this world that we may live hidden in His arms.
